Sunglasses is something that we blog quite rare on New Labels Only but when we see one which we love, you know we are going to blog about it and tell you about it. The last time we blogged about sunglasses was Brightside Eyewear , which we personally love especially the Copeland Collection.
This time we bring you Millenger Eyewear from Sweden!
So why create another brand of sunglasses?
There are a lot, I mean a lot of sunglasses brand out there, but why did Jesper Karlin, the founder of Millenger Eyewear, create another brand?
If you own a pair of designer sunglasses, we are pretty sure you have paid a pretty penny for it. The sunglasses are probably painted in designer logos and you also take care of it a lot because of think the frames will snap easily.
Well Jesper thought about the same thing and he and his team set out to create a pair of sunglasses which will go on to redefine the sunglasses industry.
What’s special about Millenger Eyewear?
First you do not have to worry about the frames breaking! All of Millenger Eyewear sunglasses are made from an ultra thin 3mm acetate matte finish. Acetate, also known as Cellulose Acetate, is an artificial fibre which is used in many things including clothing. This material is durable and flexible, so you do not have to worry if the frame is going to break easily. With its flexible frames, the sunglasses are made to suit all type of headsizes without any issues.
Secondly, the sunglasses have a minimalistic look to them. By getting rid of the logos and heavy branding, the sunglasses have a neat, simple and minimalistic look. Along with its durable and strong frame, all of Millenger sunglasses are also made with wood to make you standout from the rest!
Finally with their iconic and Scandinavian design look to the all the sunglasses, they also have something called Flexi-tint. Flexi-tint? This is where the lenses will give you a more colorful surrounding with a clearer view. During sunlight the lenses will quickly transform to a deeper and darker hue, it creates a cool look with a powerful tint and strong protection against the lights. While in the shadow it’s adaptive to the low light so the lenses will get a smoke look which makes them perfect to wear inside or in the shadow.
Tell me this isn’t special?
Millenger is all about that vision
This is something you are going to love!
With many sunglasses brands, their collection and sunglasses are randomly named without any meaning, however with Millenger Eyewear, their collection is named after famous Scandinavian inventor, author and scientist.
